What is your returns policy?

Returns & Exchanges If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we gladly accept returns or exchanges. Follow the guidelines below for free returns and exchanges. (1) Return for store credit. You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return the item. Please allow up to 7 days for your credit to be issued. (2) Exchange for another SeasonsTrail product or outfit. You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return the item in order to exchange it. (3) Return for a full refund. You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return the item. We will reimburse you using the same method of payment you used for your purchase. Please allow up to 5 working days for your refund to be issued. Note: Some items purchased through special promotions may be final sale, and therefore, not eligible for exchanges or refunds. Please refer to promotional T&Cs Product return/exchange guidelines: Items must be in new, unused condition in their original packaging. Accessories must be returned with all pieces included and intact, and apparel must also be returned unworn, with all tags still attached. If you fail to apply this may result in your claim being denied. How to return/ exchange your item: Email us at returns@seasonstrail.com with your Order ID and tell us if you'd like to make an exchange or return for a credit/full refund*. 1 Simply place the unused product in the supplied Royal Mail shipping bag, please remember to add your invoice, which is also located in your parcel. 2 Drop the item off at your local post office 3 Note: The receipt as you will need this for proof of postage

What if my goods are faulty?

Damaged, faulty or incorrect goods If you receive your order and believe your products are faulty or either damaged, please contact us at returns@seasonstrail.com Please use your order reference in the subject box and provide a description of the issue in the email contents box. We will then review the case and either send a replacement product, issue you with a refund or take no further action. If you have received the incorrect product, please email us at the same address with your order ID stating the item you have received, plus the item you were expecting to receive. We will then send you the correct item as replacement.

How soon will my parcel arrive?

Delivery Time We use a 24hour delivery service, all orders placed before 13.00hrs Monday to Friday will be shipped the same day. If your order is placed after 13.00hrs your order will be shipped the following working day. Orders will not be delivered Saturdays, Sundays or any UK bank holiday. Once the parcel leaves our warehouse it is then under the control of the courier company. We will not be held responsible for any delays caused by this third party organization. The delivery company will attempt three times to deliver the parcels. The parcels must be signed for. If the items are returned back to us then the customer will be liable for any return costs back to themselves.

How can I track my delivery?

Once the order has been processed and marked as "shipped" you will receive an email stating your tracking number and a link to the couriers portal. Please follow this link for up to date tracking information.

Who will deliver my parcel?

All parcels will be delivered via a third party delivery company. The courier service being used will depend on the area of delivery.

What are your delivery charges?

All orders under £40.00 will be subject to a £3.95 delivery charge, all orders over £40.00 will ship free. Please note, shipping fees may apply to orders outside of the UK, Seasons Trail will not be liable for any taxes incurred whilst shipping.

Do you deliver overseas?

Yes, when completing your delivery request you will be able to select from our list of delivery locations. If your location is not listed please email us at team@seasonstrail.com. We will send you the price for shipping, including a payment link.

What if the product I want is out of stock?

Products that appear out of stock are unable to be ordered. You can pre book products to be delivered when the Items arrive back in stock, for these orders please email us at team@seasonstrail.com

Do your products include VAT?

All products and services stated on SeasonsTrail include VAT

Do you accept telephone orders?
